Special Olympics Selangor resumed it's weekly Bowling training for the athletes after a break of two years due to the COVIP-19 movement control order.

Following the Government's decision of reopening its border, Special Olympics Selangor has resumed its weekly bowling training after a break of two years due to the COVID-19 movement control order.

Twenty five athletes who are fully vaccinated attended the first session on the 1st April 2022 at Ampang Superbowl, The Summit USJ, Subang Jaya. They have also submitted the RTK test prior to joining the training. Photo on the left shows athletes at their assigned lane eagerly waiting for the training session to begin.

Photo on the right showed athletes doing the warm up exercises before the start of the game. Warm up exercise is an integral part of the training course for the prevention of muscle injuries.

Special Olympics Selangor would like to welcome all the volunteer coaches (picture below) who have taken their personal time off to train the athletes.
